3. Gmail Integration & Access
If you connect your Google account to NeuraLock Invoices, we utilize secure Gmail API authentication OAuth tokens solely to dispatch outgoing invoices directly from your personal or business Gmail address.
Scope & Usage Restrictions:
- User Action Required: NeuraLock never sends emails automatically or in the background. Email dispatches occur exclusively when you manually initiate a send action (such as clicking an explicit "Send Invoice" button).
- No Broader Access: We request no other Gmail permissions beyond sending messages on your behalf. We do not read, scan, index, modify, or store your inbox emails, contacts, or internal mailbox data.
- Token Storage & Revocation: OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted format and are used strictly to communicate with the Gmail API on your command. You can disconnect NeuraLock and revoke token access at any time through your Google Account permissions manager.
- Google Limited Use Compliance: NeuraLock Invoices' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Your Data
Information processed by NeuraLock is strictly utilized to deliver platform services, calculate automatic localized tax or multi-currency conversions, send client invoices via your connected account, and send critical system updates regarding your account.
